ABES e BID promovem em São Paulo o II Workshop de Cooperação Técnica para Regulação do Setor de Água e Saneamento no Brasil

Será realizado, no dia 14 de dezembro, em São Paulo, o II Workshop de Cooperação Técnica para Regulação do Setor de Água e Saneamento no Brasil, fruto da parceria entre o Banco Interamericano de Desenvolvimento – BID e a Associação Brasileira de Engenharia Sanitária e Ambiental – ABES. Voltado para profissionais do setor ligados à regulação do saneamento, o evento ocorrerá das 14h às 17h, na sede da ABES Seção São Paulo – ABES-SP.

A atividade é mais uma importante etapa para a construção do curso EAD (ensino a distância) de capacitação profissional que o projeto oferecerá nos próximos meses, dando sequência ao I workshop, que foi realizado durante o 28º Congresso Brasileiro de engenharia Sanitária e Ambiental, em outubro, no Rio de Janeiro. Na ocasião, além do projeto, foi exposto um diagnóstico preliminar retratando o panorama da regulação no Brasil.

O encontro do dia 14 reunirá especialistas do setor, com presença do presidente nacional da ABES, Dante Ragazzi Pauli, do vice-presidente da Associação, Álvaro Menezes da Costa,  e do deputado federal Paulo Papa (PSDB-SP), que apresentará o panorama dos trabalhos da SubÁgua (Subcomissão da Universalização do Saneamento Básico e do Uso Racional da Água), da qual é presidente.
