ABES Conecta: discussão sobre prevenção e contingência em eventos extremos nas áreas de risco encerra série especial

Último encontro de três foi realizado nesta quinta (30). O primeiro webinar abordou os “Aspectos geofísicos e geológicos – mapas de riscos e interações em eventos extremos” e o segundo debateu a questão da  “Ocupação Urbana Irregular”. Todos estão disponíveis no canal da ABES no YouTube.

A Associação Brasileira de Engenharia Sanitária e Ambiental – ABES, por meio da sua Câmara Temática Meio Ambiente, promoveu nesta quinta-feira, 30 de junho, o terceiro e último webinar da série Especial Eventos Extremos. O tema do debate foi “Prevenção e contingência em eventos extremos sobre as áreas de risco”.

A moderação do evento, que fooi realizado no ABES Conecta, foi feita por Rafael Volquind, coordenador da Câmara Temática Meio Ambiente. Participaram como palestrantes: Marcelo Lesniczki de Campos, advogado, consultor, professor e atuante no Direito do Saneamento; Thiago Molina Schnorr, coordenador geral de Gerenciamento de Desastres da Defesa Civil Nacional; e Getulio Vargas Junior, presidente da Confederação Nacional de Associações de Moradores (CONAM). 

Para contextualizar e destacar a motivação para a realização da série, Rafael Volquind lembrou que há cerca de um mês a ABES concluía Brazil Water Week 2022, o mais importante evento internacional sobre água e saneamento do país. “E justamente naquele período tivemos a grande ocorrência mais recente, no Estado de Pernambuco, de deslizamento de terras provocado por chuvas intensas. O resultado não poderia ser diferente de uma tragédia anunciada com mais de uma centena de mortes, repetindo os horrores vividos em Petrópolis/RJ, Franco da Rocha/SP, e Ouro Preto/MG entre outros no país”, frisou. 

O primeiro webinar da série abordou o tema “Aspectos geofísicos e geológicos – mapas de riscos e interações em eventos extremos”, o segundo debateu a questão da “Ocupação Urbana Irregular”. Compreendidas a situação natural e algumas causas das tragédias, o terceiro encontro apresentou e discutiu a respeito das medidas finais tanto de prevenção como de contingência.

Uma das marcas da realização, como ressaltou Volquind, é a presença de quem vivencia a situação no cotidiano (neste terceiro encontro o convidado foi Getúlio Vargas Junior) “para que possamos extrapolar pra toda a sociedade as dificuldades das comunidades mais sujeitas aos eventos extremos”. 

Na ocasião, os especialistas abordaram o cenário atual das áreas de riscos no Brasil. Entre outros tópicos, discorreram sobre gestão de riscos e desastres, responsabilidade do poder público para prevenção, contingência e recuperação após eventos extremos nas cidades brasileiras. Também apresentaram ações, grupos de apoio e os programas que visam promover a solução sobre a temática.

The stretch marks will respond to the vitamin E if you use it regularly and use it as soon as they appear. The older the stretch marks, the longer and more difficult they are to rub away. It is best to use natural vitamin E, which can be distinguished from the synthetic form by the following small print and notations on the vitamin bottle: d- is the natural form, and dl- is the synthetic form. Use only the d- form which is the natural form. I think that synthetic substances have caused enough harm already, and should be laid to rest. Find a doctor who will listen to you, have patience until the Depo drug gets out of your system and body, and continue follow a healthy diet and exercise regimen to get back to your former weight.
