Nesta quarta, 27 de novembro, segundo dia do evento “Conservação de água & uso de fontes alternativas em edificações – diferencial competitivo para empreendimentos”, Luis Eduardo Grisotto, diretor da ABES-SP e coordenador da Câmara Técnica de Recursos Hídricos da entidade foi moderador do painel “Uso de fontes alternativas de água”. Promovido pela seção paulista da ABES e outras entidades, nos dias 26 e 27, o evento aconteceu no auditório Seconci, em São Paulo/SP.
O objetivo do encontro foi apresentar soluções inovadoras para a gestão da água em empreendimentos residenciais, comerciais e serviços, considerando aspectos econômicos, ambientais e sociais, além de apresentar normas sobre gestão hídrica em edificações e promover debates a respeito do tema.
“A ABES tem uma série de espaços dedicados a discussões como essas feitas hoje, como o Jovens Profissionais do Saneamento, câmaras técnicas, entre outros”, disse Grisotto.
Segundo o diretor da ABES-SP, quando houve a crise hídrica em São Paulo, houve um interesse muito grande sobre o tema e foram feitos debates semelhantes ao que ocorre nesta semana, conforme observado na Câmara Técnica de Recursos Hídricos.
“Foi um interesse tão grande nesse assunto, que chegamos a três conclusões transversais aos temas trazidos aqui: a crise hídrica foi inédita e pode ser recorrente. Diante disso, nós temos de imediato um sinal de alerta. A segunda conclusão é que os sistemas hídricos têm que ser resilientes e estar preparados para situações adversas, que podem ocorrer novamente. A última conclusão é que a água ficará mais cara. Se a Sabesp, por exemplo, precisa pensar em projetos para mais tempo, esse projeto precisa ser mais complexo, sofisticado e robusto. Certamente isso será transferido ao custo da água. É inexorável que o aumento da água aconteça”, avaliou.
Discussões no painel
O painel desta quarta-feira, 27 de novembro, teve início com uma palestra sobre o uso de fontes alternativas de água não potável em edificações. Na ocasião, o Prof. José Carlos Mierzwa falou sobre a Norma ABNT NBR 16783:2019, que trata do tema, além de ressaltar o histórico e a importância da regulamentação no setor.
A norma detalhada propõe diretrizes para caracterização, projeto, uso, operação e manutenção de sistemas alternativos de água não potável em edificações. A criação da regulamentação envolveu mais de 100 profissionais de todo o país.
Mierzwa, que falou sobre o assunto, é professor pesquisador da Universidade de São Paulo, com experiência na área de projetos e processos de sistemas de tratamento de água e efluentes, conservação e reuso de água e tecnologia de separação por membranas.
Em seguida, diversos cases foram apresentados. Na ocasião, a engenheira civil Virgínia Sodré, diretora técnica da Infinitytech Engenharia e Meio Ambiente, falou sobre viabilidade de uso de fontes alternativas de água em empreendimento residencial.
O case apresentado foi sobre o empreendimento Vila Clementino, da Trisul. Segundo a profissional, foi feita uma abordagem integrada da análise dos projetos, considerando a infraestrutura predial para viabilizar a redução do consumo de água, além de viabilizar o reuso de águas cinzas.
A engenheira de vendas da Zeppini/Hydro Z, Jessica Silva Araújo, apresentou diversos cases da empresa sobre soluções para uso de fontes alternativas em hotéis, residências e indústrias. Na apresentação, foram abordados detalhes técnicos, informações de investimento e retorno de alguns sistemas de abastecimento de água.
O engenheiro civil Fernando de Barros Pereira, vice-presidente da General Water, falou sobre gestão integrada dos recursos hídricos no Banco Bradesco S/A Cidade de Deus e World Trade Center, na cidade de São Paulo, apresentando aspectos ambientais, econômicos e de viabilidade dos projetos.
O engenheiro civil e gerente de Novos Negócios e Serviços da Acqualimp, Daniel Kuchida, por sua vez, trouxe um case sobre o WalMart do México, sob o ponto de vista de abastecimento de água em empreendimento comercial. O grupo possui 461 ETEs em operação em todo o país, em parceria com a Acqualimp, que faz a gestão das soluções.
Além de atuar na empresa, o profissional já liderou a instalação de mais de 90 mil cisternas de água de chuva no sertão do nordeste e norte de Minas Gerais, assim como milhares de sistemas de tratamento de esgoto unifamiliares e módulos sanitários domiciliares aplicados em comunidades isoladas.
Atualmente, Kuchida faz parte da Comissão de Estudos do Comitê Brasileiro de Saneamento Básico da Associação Brasileira de Normas Técnicas (ABNT) e gerencia a implementação do modelo de negócio de outras empresas do grupo Rotoplas no Brasil.
Em seguida, para falar sobre a Estação de Tratamento de Águas Cinzas – ETAC do Hotel Ibis Congonhas e do Esporte Clube Pinheiros, esteve presente no painel o engenheiro técnico da DAS Brasil Tony Castillo.
Por fim, o engenheiro civil Luciano Zanella falou sobre monitoramento da qualidade da água. O profissional é pesquisador do Instituto de Pesquisas Tecnológicas do Estado de São Paulo – IPT e abordou o tema sob o aspecto de água de reuso, detalhando os requisitos, procedimentos e diretrizes para que o procedimento seja feito de forma correta.
Debate auxilia a propagar soluções
Após as apresentações, Luis Eduardo Grisotto mediou o debate entre os participantes, levando questões do público e apresentando considerações sobre os diversos temas discutidos.
Na avaliação de Grisotto, a discussão desta terça-feira trouxe benefícios em diversos aspectos: para o meio ambiente, o próprio usuário, a empresa que fornece tecnologia e o processo de governança de políticas. “Um momento como esse é fundamental para o uso sustentável dos recursos hídricos, para segurança hídrica, para que haja menores riscos de desabastecimento. É uma oportunidade de ampliar as alternativas de uso da água de outras origens para usos não-potáveis”, afirmou o diretor da ABES-SP.
O moderador também ressaltou a importância das diversas tecnogias apresentadas, com seus respectivos custos de implantação, manutenção e operação de técnicas e equipamentos.
“Isso é fundamental para que as residências, comércios e indústrias tenham clareza sobre a viabilidade dessas tecnogias, que são viáveis. Obviamente, precisam de estudos técnicos bastante respaldados, balanços hídricos muito robustos, mas são viáveis e é isso que mostrou o evento de hoje. Tem que se propagar essas tecnologias para que esses estudos de viabilidade sejam feitos, assim como tentativas de implantar essas soluções e fontes alternativas para o uso da água de forma mais racional possível”, concluiu.
