Evento gratuito, em comemoração ao Dia Mundial do Meio Ambiente (5 de junho), será realizado no formato virtual e debaterá o papel do saneamento básico e ambiental na preservação da saúde.
Em comemoração do Dia Mundial do Meio Ambiente, celebrado no dia 05 de junho, a AIDIS – Associação Interamericana Engenharia Sanitária Ambiental, em parceria com a Associação Brasileira de Engenharia Sanitária e Ambiental – ABES Seção São Paulo, promoverá, no dia 04 de junho, das 14h às 18h, no formato virtual, o 25º Encontro Técnico de Alto Nível (ETAN). Esta edição abordará o tema “O papel do saneamento básico e ambiental na preservação da saúde”.
O presidente da ABES-SP, Márcio Gonçalves, estará presente na abertura do evento, que será transmitido ao vivo pelo canal da ABES-SP do YouTube. As inscrições são gratuitas e podem ser feitas link.
Contexto
O saneamento é básico na prevenção de doenças e produz efeitos positivos para o país tanto em termos econômicos quanto sociais. Água de qualidade, coleta e tratamento dos esgotos, destino correto do lixo e drenagem da água da chuva produzem melhorias em diversos setores da sociedade.
Para discutir o assunto, o encontro online contará com a presença de especialistas nacionais e internacionais. São eles: Adriano Stringhini, diretor de gestão corporativa da Sabesp; Priscila Bueno, da Organização Pan-Americana de Saúde; Mirna Argueta, vice-presidente técnica da AIDIS Honduras; Rogerio de Paula, da Aegea Saneamento e Part. S.A; Patrícia Segurado, assessora Regional em Água e Saneamento da OPS/OMS, Peru; José Bevilacqua, especialista ambiental da CETESB, Christian Schwerter, gerente de engenharia Águas Andinas, Chile; e Paulo Samuel, da AIDIS, DMAE.
