Bar da ABES-SP: Loksan traz palestrante americano para falar sobre tecnologia para redes de esgoto

A Associação Brasileira de Engenharia Sanitária e Ambiental – Seção São Paulo (ABES-SP) promoveu, nesta quarta-feira, 30 de outubro, a décima edição do Bar da ABES-SP, com patrocínio da Loksan, reconhecida em 2017 com o Selo de Qualidade da Prestação de Serviço de Saneamento Ambiental, concedido pela Câmara Temática de Prestação de Serviços e Relacionamento com Clientes da ABES em parceria com o PNQS – Prêmio Nacional da Qualidade em Saneamento.

Sucesso de participação, com quase 100 pessoas na plateia, o evento trouxe uma palestrante internacional: o diretor de Vendas Globais da Vac-Con, Dan Bodendorfer, dos Estados Unidos, que falou sobre o tema ‘Redes de Esgoto +Tecnologia = Menor Custo de Manutenção’.

Dan Bondenforfer é palestrante de destaque mundial em muitos produtos e processos, apresentando a mais nova tecnologia na limpeza, inspeção e reabilitação da infraestrutura subterrânea, e tem sido muito ativo na NASSCO (Associação Nacional das Empresas de Serviços de Esgoto).

“Eu vi grande interesse pela palestra pelos participantes. Acho que há bastante interesse pelo tema por parte da Sabesp. O saneamento no Brasil enfrenta desafios como em outros lugares do mundo, muitos países têm problemas semelhantes. Mas vemos que há um esforço para mudar isso e levar água tratada e tratamento de esgoto a toda a população. O Brasil, na América Latina, está no meio do caminho rumo a um melhor saneamento. Pelo que vi na região, a Colômbia está mais avançada, mas o Brasil está trabalhando para chegar lá. Este é um mercado promissor”, frisou  Dan Bondenforfer.

O presidente da ABES-SP, Márcio Gonçalves, ressaltou a importância de promover o evento com a participação de um especialista internacional. “Trouxemos um palestrante importante, que veio diretamente dos Estados Unidos para mostrar algumas soluções tecnológicas para o sistema de operação de esgoto. Ele mostrou que a tecnologia aplicada nos sistemas de esgoto pode trazer benefícios e redução de custos para o setor de saneamento”, destacou. “Foi mais uma oportunidade que a ABES-SP trouxe e uma grande oportunidade para todos que puderam presenciar o evento”, concluiu Márcio Gonçalves.

O Bar da ABES-SP, um evento que reúne palestra técnica, rede de relacionamento e happy hour, já reuniu mais de 1000 profissionais do setor em suas 10 edições.
