No Boletim Especial do XVII Silubesa, que circulou no dia 24 de junho, falamos sobre os painéis organizados pelas Câmaras Temáticas da ABES no evento que foi um sucesso de realização no Costão do Santinho, em Santa Catarina, de 6 a 8 de junho.
Definitivamente, um dos fatores que contribuíram para este êxito foi o empenho das Câmaras em levar ao simpósio um debate de qualidade, sobre temas que concernem a Brasil e Portugal, e que permitiram uma troca de experiências que enriqueceu profissionais de ambos os países.
As CTs estruturadas e atuantes da ABES – Gestão de Recursos Hídricos, Dessalinização e Reúso, Prestação de Serviços e Relacionamento com os Clientes, Tratamento de Esgotos, Gestão de Perdas e Resíduos Sólidos – organizaram painéis discutindo temas de suas respectivas áreas em debates de alto nível.
As Câmaras contaram com a participação de seus coordenadores nacionais: a CT de Gestão de Perdas teve seu painel organizado pelo Eng. César Meyer, que coordena a Câmara Técnica da ABES SC e contou com o coordenador nacional, Ricardo Röver Machado. Esta discussão terá continuidade no I Seminário Internacional de Controle de Perdas e Enfrentamento da Escassez Hídrica, que será promovido pela ABES entre os dias 5 a 7 de julho, em São Paulo, reunindo profissionais com larga experiência no combate às perdas em sistemas públicos de abastecimento de água, tanto no Brasil quanto no exterior (saiba mais aqui).
O debate da CT Tratamento de Esgotos teve presença de seu coordenador, Américo Sampaio. No painel sobre Resíduos, a coordenadora, Heliana Kátia Tavares Campos, coordenou os trabalhos. E no encontro que abordou a Dessalinização e o Reúso, Renato Giani Ramos, coordenador da CT, discutiu o tema com brasileiros e portugueses.
Durante o seminário, dando continuidade ao fortalecimento da atuação da Associação e atentando às discussões atuais e às recomendações de seus associados, foi lançada a 11ª CT da ABES, a Câmara de Drenagem Urbana (leia mais sobre a CT).
Além disso, as Câmaras Tratamento de Esgotos e Recursos Hídricos reuniram seus integrantes para discutir suas próximas iniciativas, o que vai ao encontro da missão da ABES de promover o debate constante e a participação ativa de seus associados, profissionais e especialistas do setor.
