Congresso ABES/Fenasan: conheça o Prêmio Jovem Profissional AESabesp

O Congresso ABES/Fenasan 2017 – o maior encontro de Saneamento Ambiental das Américas, que será realizado em edição única e exclusiva em São Paulo, de 2 a 6 de outubro de 2017, traz uma novidade para os associados da ABES: o Prêmio Jovem Profissional AESabesp. A participação ocorre por meio de apresentação de trabalhos técnicos desenvolvidos acerca do tema meio ambiente e saneamento ambiental. Podem concorrer jovens profissionais de até 35 anos de idade.

A 4ª edição do Prêmio Jovem Profissional, que é promovido pela Associação dos Engenheiros da Sabesp – AESabesp, ocorrerá entre os dias 3 e 5 de outubro, durante o 28º Encontro Técnico e Feira Nacional de Saneamento e Meio Ambiente – Fenasan, que será realizado juntamente com o Congresso Brasileiro de Engenharia Sanitária e Ambiental (29ª edição) – da ABES.

O que é o Prêmio Jovem Profissional AESabesp?

O Prêmio Jovem Profissional – JP tem como objetivo identificar jovens e talentosos profissionais, oferecendo-lhes oportunidade para mostrar sua capacidade intelectual e produtiva na avaliação da situação atual do meio ambiente, com trabalhos técnicos voltados ao universo dos recursos hídricos, que desta forma contribua para a mudança dos cenários voltados aos recursos hídricos de todo território nacional.

A iniciativa busca profissionais com idade de até 35 anos, que por meio de apresentação de trabalhos técnicos no Encontro Técnico, contribuam com as necessidades do mercado de trabalho e, desta forma, possa colaborar com a formação de jovens profissionais, oferecendo oportunidades de divulgarem seus trabalhos no setor de saneamento e meio ambiente.

Esta troca de informações alavancará discussão no âmbito de políticas públicas, desenvolvimento tecnológico, além da possibilidade de ter nos trabalhos apresentados, aplicação de produtos e/ou serviços empregados nas soluções de problemas nas diferentes situações do saneamento e meio ambiente no Brasil e no exterior.

O Prêmio oferece condições para direcionar melhor os estudos e pesquisas do profissional diante das exigências do mercado.

A seleção dos trabalhos técnicos será feita em três etapas:

1ª etapa – Avaliação do trabalho escrito será realizada durante o Congresso ABES FENASAN 2017, por uma equipe de especialistas, no tema escolhido pelo autor. Fará parte da avaliação o atendimento aos requisitos do prêmio, o regulamento para submissão dos trabalhos técnicos e a Norma para elaboração do resumo expandido e dos Trabalhos Técnicos, disponível em:  ABES/Fenasan2017.
Nesta etapa serão selecionados os melhores resumos expandidos que atingirem ou superarem a nota de corte. Serão selecionados para a 2ª etapa 10 trabalhos para apresentação do trabalho técnico completo.

2ª etapa – Avaliação do trabalho técnico completo. Os 10 finalistas deverão inserir o trabalho completo, atendendo a Norma TT, no site ABES/Fenasan2017 para serem submetidos à avaliação.

3ª etapa – oral – Apresentação do trabalho na banca de avaliadores. Os cinco autores finalistas serão avaliados por uma equipe de 3 profissionais do mercado (empresas públicas, privadas e/ou universidades) a qualidade técnica de seu trabalho, a apresentação e a desenvoltura do candidato. Esta avaliação ocorrerá no último dia do Congresso ABES FENASAN 2017, 05 de outubro, em sala específica.

O vencedor será o candidato que obtiver maior pontuação nas três etapas (escrita e oral).

Premiação

O primeiro prêmio será um troféu e uma bolsa de estudo. O vencedor poderá escolher o curso e a instituição educacional em que pretende estudar. Além disso, poderá desenvolver e implantar o produto do trabalho, adequando-o ao modelo de um projeto, de acordo com o regimento interno da AESabesp e desta forma, ser incorporado na carteira de projetos da Diretoria de Projetos Socioambientais. Os trabalhos aprovados nas fases (escrita e oral) receberão da AESabesp os seguintes prêmios:
1º trabalho –  um troféu e uma bolsa de estudo no valor de até R$10.000,00, em instituição escolhida pelo vencedor;
2º trabalho –   um tablet no valor de R$ 1.000,00 (um mil reais) e inscrição para a edição de 2018 do Encontro Técnico da AESabesp;
3º trabalho – inscrição para o edição de 2018 do Encontro Técnico da AESabesp.
