A Associação Brasileira de Engenharia Sanitária e Ambiental – ABES promoverá, no dia 4 de agosto, às 14h, na cidade de Florianópolis, em Santa Catarina, o Ciclo de Debates “Desafios do Saneamento Ambiental no Brasil”. Na ocasião, o presidente nacional da ABES, Roberval Tavares de Souza, ministrará palestra acerca dos 10 anos da Lei de Saneamento e o saneamento na Região Sul e em Santa Catarina. A programação conta, ainda, com um debate sobre o tema “saneamento público ou privado”.
O encontro, realizado pela Diretoria Nacional da ABES e pela ABES Seção Santa Catarina (ABES-SC), ocorrerá no CREA Santa Catarina (apoiador do evento), na Rodovia Admar Gonzaga, 2125, Itacorubi – Florianópolis (SC)
Roberval Tavares de Souza apresentará o estudo da ABES “Situação do Saneamento Básico no Brasil – uma análise com base na PNAD 2015” sobre os serviços de abastecimento de água, esgotamento sanitário, coleta de lixo e filtro de água no Brasil, em um comparativo 2014/2015. Todas as informações têm como base a Pesquisa Nacional por Amostra de Domicílios (PNAD), divulgada pelo Instituto Brasileiro de Geografia e Estatística (IBGE), anualmente. O relatório completo com os dados por Grandes Regiões e Unidades da Federação está disponível aqui.
