Na quinta-feira, 12, o programa Jovens Profissionais do Saneamento – JPS da Associação Brasileira de Engenharia Sanitária e Ambiental – ABES promoveu uma videoconferência entre coordenadores do JPS de vários estados e a Deep – Desenvolvimento e Envolvimento Estratégico de Pessoas e Clientes, de São Paulo. A empresa, responsável pelas ações de relacionamento com associados e novos sócios da ABES, foi contratada como parte do Plano Estratégico da Gestão 2016-2018.
Durante a reunião online, Juliana Almeida Dutra, diretora de projetos da Deep e coordenadora (adjunta) da Câmara Temática de Prestação de Serviços e Relacionamento com Clientes da ABES, apresentou aos jovens representantes do JPS da Bahia, Rio Grande do Sul, Santa Catarina, Rio de Janeiro, Minas Gerais, Espirito Santo, Maranhão e Distrito Federal a proposta de captação de novos associados e os benefícios oferecidos.
Neste sentido, Juliana destacou os segmentos de benefícios: carreira, corporativo e educação, dentro dos quais foram inseridas propostas para ampliar a presença dos associados no dia a dia da entidade. Veja aqui os novos benefícios para o sócio da ABES.
A explanação foi precedida de uma apresentação do coordenador nacional do JPS, Álvaro Diogo Teixeira, que fez um balanço das diversas ações realizadas pelo programa em cada uma de suas Seções Estaduais em 2016. Em relação às perspectivas para 2017, um dos principais destaques é a implantação de novos JPS em Sergipe, Pernambuco e Distrito Federal. Álvaro também mencionou a participação dos jovens profissionais no CongressoABES/Fenasan2017, que ocorrerá de 2 a 6 de outubro, na capital paulista. As atividades que serão realizadas na ocasião ainda estão sendo discutidas pelos integrantes.
Outro destaque interessante foi a criação do JPS Maranhão, que ocorreu no segundo semestre de 2016 e tem alcançado ótimos resultados com suas ações. O coordenador adjunto André Luís Belfort conheceu o programa pelo Facebook, se interessou e quis fazer parte. “Ele se associou e ainda trouxe mais umas cinco pessoas com ele que se associaram à ABES também”, salientou Álvaro.

“Fiquei muito impressionada com o potencial de expansão do JPS”, disse a diretora da Deep Juliana Dutra. “Acredito que com essa surpresa, a ideia que eu tinha, a possibilidade do JPS ajudar a ABES a expandir o número de associados seja ainda maior. Vejo engajamento, vejo novas ideias, vontade de fazer coisas diferentes, um potencial grande de estar nas universidades. Foi muito boa essa participação”, ressaltou.
Para Álvaro Digo Teixeira, o JPS é o futuro da ABES, uma associação com muito potencial de crescimento. “Temos vários cursos no Brasil: de Engenharia Sanitária, de Tecnologia em Saneamento Ambiental, além de outras graduações como Geografia e Química, que trabalham na área do saneamento, que é um setor com um déficit muito grande e com muitas áreas de atuação”, frisou. “Os jovens têm um grande potencial de fortalecer a ABES e contribuir com o crescimento do saneamento no Brasil”, destacou. “A Juliana pode auxiliar o JPS a captar novos integrantes nas faculdades, nas empresas e o JPS pode auxiliá-la também indicando quais locais têm maior potencial de crescimento, como faculdades com jovens profissionais não associados, por exemplo. É um trabalho que podemos fazer em conjunto para fortalecer a ABES e o setor de saneamento no país”, concluiu o coordenador nacional do programa.
Thomas Ficarelli, coordenador do JPS-SP, que também estava presente na reunião, acredita que essa expansão é bastante importante, considerando o tamanho do Brasil e a quantidade de cidades. “Aqui no estado de São Paulo temos trabalhado de uma maneira cada vez menos decentralizada. Vejo isso aqui na capital, mas isso também se aplica na escala nacional”, explicou. “A melhor maneira de fazermos essa campanha entre os jovens é começar com as pessoas que estão próximas, que conhecemos, temos amizade, confiança ou que trabalham junto às universidades, nas empresas. E por meio disso encontrar outros canais, e principalmente em parceria com os veteranos da ABES nesses devidos lugares para envidar esforços”, disse.
Para Felipe Pivetta, integrante do JPS-SP, a abordagem da Deep para captar associados nas universidades do país é muito interessante. “Para termos novos associados precisamos buscar novos profissionais e nada melhor do que buscar os jovens em universidades. Então, acho que essas ideias da Deep vão ao encontro do ideal da ABES.”
Cássia Reis, também integrante do JPS-SP, compartilha a mesma opinião de Felipe. “É uma proposta que vem bem ao encontro do que estávamos precisando: unir a força que o JPS tem – porque é um pessoal que já atua e tem bastante interesse, mas que muitos ainda não são associados – e a Deep, ainda mais com os benefícios que está trazendo para o associado. Tem tudo para dar certo e para fazer a associação crescer ainda mais”, acredita ela.
O diretor da ABES-SP, Luiz Roberto Gravina Pladevall, que participou da reunião, frisou que o JPS é o futuro da ABES. “Eu gostaria de ter 35 anos para participar”, brincou.
