Missão internacional: CNQA leva ao Chile reconhecidas pelo PNQS

Objetivo da iniciativa é conhecer as experiências de fora referentes ao setor de saneamento, meio ambiente e recursos hídricos. Visa também receber inputs para o modelo da premiação, considerada o Oscar do Saneamento no Brasil.

Começou nesta segunda-feira, 11 de setembro, a missão internacional do Prêmio Nacional da Qualidade em Saneamento – PNQS com empresas reconhecidas, que neste ano acontece no Chile. A iniciativa é realizada pelo CNQA – Comitê Nacional da Qualidade ABES, com o objetivo de conhecer as experiências internacionais referentes ao setor de saneamento, meio ambiente e recursos hídricos. Visa também receber inputs para o modelo da premiação, considerada o Oscar do Saneamento no Brasil.

Representam a ABES na missão o diretor nacional, Álvaro Menezes, a coordenadora adjunta do CNQA, Ana Malateaux, e o secretário geral do Comitê, Josivan Cardoso, que deram as boas-vindas aos participantes nesta manhã. Samanta Souza, coordenadora do CNQA, participa de forma virtual.

Além do momento de integração e conhecimento dos presentes, também foi realizado o nivelamento da programação, que foi conduzida pelos Consultores do PNQS, Carlos Schauff e Rodolfo Candeia.

Para a coordenadora Samanta Souza, a iniciativa “é a proporcionalização pela ABES/CNQA aos participantes de abertura de novos horizontes do conhecimento, visto que entendemos que só conhecendo novas experiências e oportunizando a transferência de conhecimentos que podemos melhorar nossas práticas”, frisou. “E esta é nossa missão, quero dizer, a missão internacional da ABES/CNQA, o fomento contínuo de oportunidades para a melhoria evolutiva na excelência efetiva das atividades nas instituições que participam do PNQS”, afirmou.

“As missões internacionais são sempre um momento especial, e a ABES se esforça a cada ciclo do PNQS para que possamos mantê-las. Isso porque sabemos que faz toda a diferença na captação de novos conhecimentos e experiências ao setor”, enfatizou Álvaro Menezes. “Muito bom ver todos os atores envolvidos no Setor de Saneamento no Brasil reunidos aqui, desde Companhias públicas a operadoras privadas, sem distinção”, acrescentou.

Ana Malateux agradeceu a presença dos participantes, principalmente “por acreditarem que juntos melhoramos todas as nossas instituições e por conseguinte promovemos melhor desenvolvimento das atividades que temos para a gestão de excelência no setor do Saneamento. E mais ainda, é momento de também reconhecer mais e mais as entidades reconhecidas pelo Ciclo Anual do PNQS, que muito merecem estar neste momento”, enfatizou a coordenadora adjunta.

Josivan Cardoso também reforçou a importância do empenho de todos (as) que estão presentes nesta missão internacional no Chile. Este, segundo ele, “é certamente um dos momentos mais especiais do Ciclo do PNQS, visto que é a promoção concreta da finalização de um processo de muito empenho para que os participantes do PNQS possam ter todas as condições de receber informações e conhecer experiências no setor e que podem ser disseminadas, absorvidas, e desde que adequadas ao interesse, implementadas na volta para nossas instituições”, sublinhou.
