PNQS: Comitê Nacional da Qualidade ABES apresenta as novidades do Ciclo 2022

Membros do CNQA destacaram, durante o webinar do ABES Conecta, as novidades para o modelo de Excelência de Gestão das empresas, que além da premiação e do reconhecimento, também traz uma certificação, por meio do ABES ESG Index, para o PNQS 2022.

O Comitê Nacional da Qualidade ABES apresentou, nesta quinta-feira, 17 de fevereiro, as principais novidades do Ciclo 2022 do Prêmio Nacional da Qualidade em Saneamento (PNQS), o único prêmio em gestão do saneamento em todo o mundo. 

Realizado por meio do ABES Conecta, transmitido no canal da Associação Brasileira de Engenharia Sanitária e Ambiental no YouTube, o webinar contou com a apresentação de Samanta Tavares de Souza, coordenadora do Comitê Nacional da Qualidade ABES, e as participações de Carlos Schauff, consultor técnico do PNQS; Rodolfo Candeia, gerente de processos do PNQS; e Ana Malateux, coordenadora adjunta do CNQA.

Samanta relembrou como foi o processo de desenvolvimento do prêmio ao longo de 2021, com os reflexos da pandemia e a influência dos Critérios ESG no mercado de saneamento, diante das mudanças trazidas pelo novo marco regulatório, que gerou inovações e uma demanda de reposicionamento muito forte nas empresas do setor, bem como provocou um novo olhar para esse mercado e a necessidade de adequação no modelo de gestão de cada empresa, visando atender às exigências ligadas ao meio ambiente, ao social e à governança. “Por isso, estamos trazendo os aprendizados e as novidades sobre esse novo ciclo do PNQS, destacando o que tem de melhorias no processo de avaliação, as questões alusivas ao ESG Index e como vamos trabalhar esses itens no modelo de 2022”, informou a coordenadora.

Na sequência, Carlos Schauff fez uma breve apresentação sobre os principais pontos de mudanças e evoluções relevantes que constam na edição 2022 do prêmio. Ele falou das melhorias que as empresas de saneamento alcançaram ao adotar o modelo PNQS, frisando que os envolvidos neste trabalho buscam sempre o consenso, o que torna o modelo muito bom e propulsor de melhorias. “Neste início de ciclo, vale destacar que o modelo não é mais só de premiação, mas de reconhecimento e também de certificação com o novo produto ABES ESG Index”, explicou.

O consultor ressaltou ainda: “estamos incorporando dentro dos nossos modelos o conceito ESG 2.0, que preconiza que as organizações se tornem ativos da mudança cultural da sociedade para a preservação do saneamento. Entre outros aspectos, foi nesse espírito, ligado ao ESG, que montamos o nosso modelo de Excelência em Gestão do Saneamento Ambiental e ele passa a ser um critério que avalia o conhecimento e a inovação na gestão das empresas”.

Na sua apresentação, o Schauff detalhou as mudanças desta edição, no MEGSA ESG e sua nova estrutura, a partir dos Fundamentos base ESG 2.0; os 4 Níveis integrados – Lista de verificação por Nível; os 6 fatores de avaliação de processos gerenciais (Enxuto, Abrangente, Proativo, Digital, Inovador, Efetivo); e a Régua em 4 “graus” (Ex.: 0,3,7,10). E apresentou a novidade ESG INDEX da ABES criado a partir de uma pesquisa feita em 2021 junto aos 10 principais indexadores mundiais em ESG e discussão para alinhamento junto às Câmaras Técnicas de Indicadores de Desempenho do Saneamento Ambiental, de Meio Ambiente e de Governança Corporativa e Jurídica da ABES.

Segundo Schauff, esse modelo permite que, por meio dos 17 ODS (Objetivos do Desenvolvimento Sustentável), por exemplo, os avaliadores possam filtrar as ações que as organizações estão fazendo para implementar os novos critérios. “Vamos usar modelos de avaliação e de inventário de práticas ESG e que são pontuadas em relação a seis diferentes fatores, como indicador de desempenho em direção ao ESG 2.0. Todas as orientações sobre o ESG Index já estão na página da ABES para consulta”, mencionou.

O gerente de processos do PNQS, Rodolfo Candeia, informou sobre as novidades que permeiam os processos de capacitação e treinamentos, bem como as alterações no modelo MEGSA levando em consideração o cenário trans-pandêmico que o país atravessa, visando o início dos treinamentos em março, com previsão de encontros presenciais, de acordo com as regras de cada região do país.

Entre as mudanças, ele contou que o GCM (Gestão Classe Mundial), nos cursos ministrados de acordo com o nível de candidatura das empresas, níveis 1, 2 e 3, a partir desse ano passa a se chamar GCM Clássico. “Esse é um treinamento nos moldes do conteúdo que tínhamos no passado, para aquele candidato que é a primeira vez que participa do modelo e ainda não o conhece na sua totalidade”, salientou.

Para as candidatas que já têm a experiência de participação em ciclos anteriores, Rodolfo informou que terão a opção de fazer um treinamento de gestão classe mundial, porém mais avançado, com uma carga horária menor e mais focado na prática, com exercícios de fixação de leitura, de interpretação, análise de aspectos de avaliação, entre outros.
E para o novo modelo MEGSA ESG, Rodolfo confirmou que também será efetuado um treinamento específico, de 24 horas, que poderá ser feito para candidaturas Níveis 2 e/ou 3.

Já Ana Malatoux apresentou um panorama do que aconteceu no processo de modernização do PNQS para a edição 2022 e conduziu os debates ao final, quando os especialistas tiraram as dúvidas dos participantes.
