Como uma das novidades do Prêmio Nacional da Qualidade em Saneamento (PNQS), a ABES lança nesta edição 2017 o Selo Qualidade da Prestação de Serviços de Saneamento Ambiental, destinado às organizações fornecedoras de serviços e insumos do setor de Saneamento Ambiental sediadas em território nacional, cujos perfis de negócio incluam o fornecimento ou prestação de serviços de qualquer natureza em benefício da população.
O SQFSA é um programa de iniciação e desenvolvimento gradual da melhoria da gestão em três níveis de excelência, com reconhecimento da qualidade da gestão, outorgado pela ABES, em parceria com o CNQA, na cerimônia de premiação do Prêmio Nacional de Qualidade em Saneamento – PNQS.
A iniciativa, coordenada pela Câmara Temática Prestação de Serviços e Relacionamento com Clientes do Saneamento Ambiental, reconhecerá as organizações fornecedoras (nos segmentos de água, esgoto, manejo de água pluvial, manejo de resíduos sólidos, serviços operacionais e comerciais, administrativo/instalações e insumos, entre outros) que se destacarem na busca incansável da melhoria da gestão e, desta forma, contribuam para a melhoria do Saneamento Ambiental no país. “O grande objetivo deste trabalho é oferecer à sociedade um serviço de Saneamento Ambiental de Qualidade. Com o Selo, ampliamos esta visão a toda a cadeia do Saneamento Ambiental”, ”, ressalta Samanta Salvador Tavares de Souza, coordenadora da Câmara.
O Selo visa a:
- estimular e apoiar as organizações que atuam como fornecedores na prestação de serviços e insumos no saneamento ambiental a iniciarem ou desenvolverem gradualmente seu programa de excelência da gestão, promovendo uma transformação focada em resultados sustentáveis, contribuindo com qualidade de vida das pessoas e do saneamento ambiental do país.
- mensurar e apontar os pontos fortes e as oportunidades de aperfeiçoamento da gestão, seu nível de maturidade, competitividade e sustentabilidade, por meio de autoavaliação realizada online, independente de ser reconhecida.
- reconhecer aquelas organizações que se destacam nesta modalidade e que apresente resultados competitivos de desempenho.
- comprovar para a sociedade e mercado que a organização possui diferenciais de gestão, valorizando seu negócio
Como primeira etapa, está sendo lançando, em parceria com o Conselho Nacional da Qualidade – CNQA (responsável pelo PNQS), o Selo de Iniciação para a Excelência – 125 pontos. As empresas interessadas devem realizar a autoavaliação em ambiente virtual, como iniciação do programa. Na sequência serão promovidas oficinas de qualidade, nas quais serão realizadas visitas às empresas participantes proporcionando novos conhecimentos.
Para as empresas, são inúmeros os benefícios:
- Obtenção de reconhecimento público dos esforços de melhoria da gestão da organização e aumentar seu valor, já que comprova que possuem diferenciais de gestão ao ser reconhecida;
- Demonstração que os dirigentes estão, de fato, adicionando valor pelo seu comando;
- Desafio à equipe para alcançar um objetivo concreto – o reconhecimento – como resultado do trabalho;
- Possibilidade de reconhecimento da equipe, como impulsionador da motivação humana;
- Submissão da empresa a uma avaliação independente, aumentando a mobilização interna;
- Promoção da cultura da excelência;
- Foco da gestão nos processos-chave, identificar oportunidades de melhoria e favorecer a melhoria continua;
- Intensificação da cultura da gestão focada em resultados;
- Melhoria o desempenho dos principais indicadores da organização;
- Possibilidade de permitir comparações com outras organizações, com base em um único referencial de avaliação e estrutura de gestão.
