Na ocasião, Álvaro falou sobre os dois livros “Águas Brasileiras”, do grupo Bauminas, e “Tratado sobre o Marco Regulatório do Saneamento Básico no Direito Brasileiro”, nos quais participou como autor, lançados, no dia 18 de abril, em Aracaju/SE e São Paulo/SP, respectivamente (leia mais aqui).
