Confira o Guia de Educação Ambiental das oficinas do JPS na Brazil Water Week

O programa Jovens Profissionais do Saneamento – JPS da Associação Brasileira de Engenharia Sanitária e Ambiental – ABES elaborou o “Guia do Educador”, baseado nas oficinas sobre educação ambiental que foram realizadas durante a Brazil Water Week, a Semana da Água no Brasil, de 26 a 30 de outubro. As oficinas foram realizadas online, no canal da ABES no YouTube. O conteúdo do guia foi elaborado por pedagogos, biólogos, químicos, engenheiros ambientais e sanitaristas, com foco no ODS 6 – Água e Esgoto para todos até 2030.

A iniciativa visa a oferecer uma reciclagem para professores das séries iniciais (alunos de 6 a 10 anos) sobre conteúdos ligados à água, efluentes e resíduos sólidos. “O Guia do Educador pode ser introduzido nas salas de aulas de uma forma prática e criativa”, ressalta Witan Silva, coordenador nacional do JPS. Apresenta atividades para complementação da prática pedagógica com foco na EA; facilita a abordagem transversal da EA em sala de aula; contextualiza práticas de EA com as competências gerais da BNCC; fornecer estratégia ao educador para que ele possa elaborar seu próprio plano de trabalho com abordagens de EA de forma independente; contribui para a introdução do tema saneamento em sala de aula, bem como promover o entendimento da sua importância para a saúde, o bem estar e para a preservação dos ambientes naturais.

A publicação foi coordenada e organizada por Amanda Martins Batista, Manuela Bahiense Wenceslau Proença e Witan Pereira Silva e tem autoria de Amanda Cristina Salomão Dória, bióloga, Amanda Martins Batista, pedagoga, Iara Lemos Nascimento Rosso, engenheira ambiental e sanitarista – JPS – MG, Larissa Dias Rebouças, engenheira ambiental – JPS – PB, Maria Fernanda Garrubo Bentubo, tecnóloga em Hidráulica e Saneamento Ambiental – JPS – SP, Manuela Bahiense Wenceslau Proença, engenheira ambiental – JPS – MG,Bárbara Aiala Silva, engenheira ambiental – JPS – MG, Jean Henrique Menezes Nascimento, estudante de Engenharia Ambiental e Sanitária – JPS – SE, Lilyany Bezerra de Andrade, engenheira química – JPS – Baixada Santista, Mauana Ravadelli, engenheira sanitarista – JPS – SC e Witan Pereira Silva – engenheiro ambiental e sanitarista – coordenador nacional JPS.

OFICINAS:

As oficinas sobre educação ambiental foram baseadas no ODS 6 – Água e Esgoto para todos até 2030 e transmitidas gratuitamente pelo Canal ABES Saneamento no YouTube durante a Brazil Water Week.
