PNQS 2022: painéis discutem tecnologia voltada à experiência do cliente e gestão de pessoas com foco na saúde emocional de colaboradores

Primeiro dia de Seminário de Benchmarking foi encerrado com discussões mediadas pelas empresas Engineering Digital Transformation Company e Deep.

A tecnologia voltada para a experiência do cliente e a gestão de pessoas e a saúde emocional dos colaboradores no centro da estratégia. Estes foram os temas tratados nos dois painéis que encerraram a programação do primeiro dia de Seminário de Benchmarking do Prêmio Nacional da Qualidade em Saneamento, promovido pela ABES (PNQS 2022). A edição 2022, de comemoração dos 25 anos do Prêmio, que incluiu o Seminário de Benchmarking e a Cerimônia de Premiação, foi realizada em Campo Grande, no Mato Grosso do sul, nos dias 29 e 30 de novembro, e teve como empresa anfitriã a Aegea Saneamento.

Nesta edição dos 25 anos do PNQS, o debate se estendeu às redes sociais da ABES e ainda trouxe empresas de outros setores para falar sobre clientes e gestão de pessoas.

Segundo a coordenadora do CNQA, Samanta Souza, a inovação da edição de 2022 consistiu em levar o saneamento para fora e trazer experiências positivas de fora para dentro do setor.

“Nos anos anteriores a gente trazia as empresas falando o que acontecia dentro delas. Isso sempre foi muito importante para nós, mas este ano resolvemos fazer um pouco diferente”, explicou Samanta.

Aproveitando o alcance e dinamismo das redes sociais, o CNQA tem divulgou vídeos gravados pelas empresas a fim de ampliar o debate no ambiente digital. “As empresas reconhecidas gravaram vídeos que foram publicados nas redes sociais e compartilhados de forma a levar o saneamento de dentro para fora, fazer este movimento para que a população conheça o que é isso”, pontuou.

No ambiente presencial, os dois painéis trataram de temas ouvindo empresas de outros setores e contribuições das organizações reconhecidas pelo CNQA em níveis I, II e III. “Os painéis que estão acontecendo aqui estão trazendo informações de fora para dentro. A gente trouxe pessoas do mercado que falam sobre o assunto clientes, gestão de pessoas e de práticas que acontecem fora do saneamento, para internalizar no ambiente do saneamento, de forma que a gente multiplique essas ideias e inovações”, explicou a coordenadora do CNQA.

Experiência do cliente 

No painel 1 foi trabalho o tema “User Experience – A tecnologia voltada para a experiência do cliente”, com participação de Rafael Lategahn, da Engineering Digital Transformation Company e da ABES, justamente com as organizações Águas de Piquete S.A; Águas Guariroba S.A; Corsan – Diretoria Comercial, Inovação e Relacionamento – DCir; Águas Cuiabá S.A; Sabesp – Departamento Administrativo e Financeiro Sul – MSD; Corsan – Superintendência Regional Missões – SURMIS; Sabesp – Superintendência de Gestão Patrimonial – CP; Copasa – Unidade de Negócio Norte – UNNT e Águas do Paraíba – CAP. 

Saúde dos colaboradores

O segundo painel concentrou-se em discutir o tema “Gestão de Pessoas – a saúde emocional dos colaboradores no centro da estratégia”, com a participação de Juliana de Almeida Dutra, diretora da Deep, Ana Malateoux coordenadora adjunta do CNQA, e organizações como Paranaguá Saneamento; Agreste Saneamento S. A; Deso – Gerência de Compras e Almoxarifado – GCAL; Iguá MT Participações Ltda; Águas de Niterói S.A – CAN; Sabesp – Superintendência de Manutenção Estratégica – MM; CORSAN – Superintendência Regional Metropolitana – SURMET; Corsan – Superintendência Regional Sul – SURSUL; Spat Saneamento S.
