PNQS: curso “Gestão Classe Mundial” tem inscrições abertas para participação na 20ª edição

O PNQS – Prêmio Nacional de Qualidade em Saneamento está com inscrições abertas para o Curso “Gestão Classe Mundial”, para participação da 20ª edição: “As Melhores em Gestão no Saneamento Ambiental”.

O PNQS é uma iniciativa instituída que tem como objetivos:

  • Estimular a busca e a aplicação de boas práticas de gestão pelas organizações envolvidas com o setor de saneamento ambiental no país;
  • Reconhecer aquelas organizações que se destacam pela utilização dessas práticas e que apresentem resultados competitivos de desempenho;
  • Captar e divulgar as práticas das organizações reconhecidas, em seminários e publicações de relatórios de gestão e cases finalistas e vencedores; e
  • Promover eventos de capacitação gerencial para essas organizações.

Eficiência Operacional no Saneamento (PEOS)

Os treinamentos para o ciclo 2017 já estão disponíveis e as reservas de datas já podem ser feitas, para a participação em qualquer categoria é necessária a realização de um treinamento para conhecimento da metodologia que varia de 20h (NB) a 24h (NI a NIV).

 

Categorias

Existem três categorias de premiação no PNQS:

Categoria “As Melhores em Gestão no Saneamento Ambiental”

Nesta categoria são cinco níveis – Níveis “B”, I, II, III e IV –, o sistema de gestão completo de uma organização candidata é avaliado.

Novidade: Troféu Rubi

O Nível “B”– 125 pontos –, também denominado Nível de “Primeiros Passos para a Excelência”, se aplica a organizações que estejam iniciando a construção de um sistema de gestão “classe mundial”, voltado para a excelência do desempenho. Recomenda-se, no entanto, às organizações que já passaram por uma avaliação no Nível B e chegaram perto de 125 pontos que passem a utilizar o Nível I como referência.

O Nível I – 250 pontos, também denominado Nível de “Compromisso com a Excelência”, se aplica a organizações que já tenham iniciado, pelo nível “B” e se comprometeram com o propósito de construção de um sistema de gestão “classe mundial”, voltado para a excelência do desempenho. Recomenda-se, no entanto, às organizações que já passaram por uma avaliação no Nível I e chegaram perto de 250 pontos que passem a utilizar o Nível II como referência.

O Nível II – 500 pontos, conhecido como “Rumo à Excelência”, se aplica a organizações que estão na fase intermediária de construção de um sistema de gestão “classe mundial” e que chegaram perto de 250 pontos no Nível I. Recomenda-se, porém, às organizações que já passaram por uma avaliação no Nível II e chegaram próximo aos 500 pontos que passem a utilizar o Nível III como referência.

O Nível III – 750 pontos, denominado “Avanços para a Excelência”, se aplica a organizações que estão em fase mais avançada de construção de um sistema de gestão “classe mundial” e que chegaram perto de 500 pontos no Nível II. Para as organizações que já passaram por uma avaliação no Nível III e chegaram próximo aos 750 pontos, recomenda-se que passem a utilizar o Nível IV – “Critérios de Excelência”, de 1.000 pontos. Os critérios do Nível III possuem as mesmas exigências de processos gerenciais e de resultados organizacionais do Nível IV, porém, com fatores de pontuação mais atenuados.

O Nível IV – 1000 pontos, denominado “Critérios de Excelência”, se aplica a organizações que estão em fase muito avançada de construção de um sistema de gestão “classe mundial” e que chegaram perto de 750 pontos no Nível III.

 

Categoria “Inovação em Gestão do Saneamento” (IGS)

Na categoria IGS, a da “Inovação da Gestão em Saneamento” (IGS), uma prática de gestão específica, que tenha sido introduzida ao longo dos últimos cinco anos-calendário pela organização candidata, é avaliada na forma de um Case.

Categoria ”Eficiência Operacional no Saneamento” (PEOS)

Na terceira categoria, a da “Eficiência Operacional no Saneamento” (PEOS), um Programa implantado para aumento da eficiência operacional é avaliado na forma de um Case de oito tópicos. Por “Programa” pode-se designar aqui um projeto, plano, iniciativa, ação, processo, atividade ou similar. Em 2017 o Tema central dessa categoria é “Gestão de Perdas”.

Novidade: “Selo de Qualidade do Fornecedor na Prestação de Serviços de Saneamento Ambiental – SQFSA”

O “SQFSA” se constitui num programa de iniciação e desenvolvimento gradual da melhoria da gestão para organizações que atuam como fornecedores na prestação de serviços e insumos no saneamento ambiental em três níveis de excelência, com reconhecimento da qualidade da gestão, outorgado pela ABES, em parceria com o CNQA, na cerimônia de premiação do Prêmio Nacional de Qualidade em Saneamento – PNQS.
