Programa Tutoria JPS: seja um tutor no Congresso ABES Fenasan 2017 ou inscreva-se para receber orientação durante o evento

O Programa Jovens Profissionais do Saneamento (JPS) promoverá uma ação de tutoria durante o Congresso ABES Fenasan 2017.

O Programa Tutoria JPS reunirá jovens profissionais para orientar participantes do Congresso nos dias 3, 4 e 5 de outubro (os tutores), e orientandos (estudantes e jovens profissionais interessados em receber instruções).

Para ser um tutor, é preciso estar inscrito no Congresso ABES Fenasan 2017 (faça sua inscrição aqui). É necessário ter experiência em alguma área de saneamento e meio ambiente e que preferencialmente já tenha participado de outras edições do Congresso. Com estes dois requisitos, as inscrições do Programa Tutoria JPS devem ser feitas pelos dois grupos: por quem quiser atuar como tutor e também por quem deseja orientação no evento. Estas são as áreas de expertise para os tutores e de interesse para os orientandos:

  • Água;
  • Esgoto;
  • Resíduos sólidos;
  • Recursos hídricos;
  • Meio ambiente.

Serão montados grupos, visando a conciliar áreas de interesse e diversidade cultural. O tutor voluntário será responsável por orientar uma pessoa ou um pequeno grupo.

Os tutores desempenharão as seguintes atividades:

– Agendamento de um bate-papo a fim de trocar experiências e orientar para a programação técnica do Congresso

Isto deve acontecer o mais breve possível, para que o estudante tire o maior proveito possível do evento. De acordo com a área de interesse de cada um, o tutor deve sugerir trabalhos técnicos e painéis para os orientandos assistirem.

– Agendamento de visita técnica “guiada” na Fenasan

A feira de expositores é um local onde se aprende muito visitando os estandes. Porém, muitos estudantes não conhecem os fornecedores, ficam “intimidados” e não aproveitam a oportunidade de conhecer os produtos e equipamentos expostos.

– Disponibilidade para esclarecimento e outros tipos de ajuda que o estudante venha a precisar

Hoje a comunicação está muito fácil, com mensagens de Whatsapp, por exemplo, é simples marcar encontros e trocar informações.

Os tutores receberão certificado sobre esta atuação durante o Congresso.

O programa é multidisciplinar e está aberto a profissionais de todas as áreas do conhecimento que vejam o saneamento como uma prioridade para a melhoria da qualidade ambiental e de vida da população brasileira.
