Os participantes da Rio Water Week foram convidados para um Water Lunch e a conversar sobre o que parceiros da SUEZ estão propondo e fazendo para enfrentar o desafio de melhorar o acesso à água. Na pauta: O que é o ODS 6, o desafio da distribuição de água em Olinda (PE), a inovação contratual e os modelos inspiradores de outros setores e soluções avançadas no monitoramento das redes para tornar a cidade mais inteligente. Bate-Papo sobre Redes de Aprendizagem em Prestadores de Serviço
As Redes de Aprendizagem são fóruns de prestadores de serviços de saneamento – ou de unidades locais de prestadores regionais – que possuem o objetivo comum da melhoria da eficiência operacional de suas organizações. Desde 2017 estão em curso ou foram concluídas 5 edições de “Redes de aprendizagem em Gestão de Perdas de Água e Energia” no Brasil, especificamente nos estados de São Paulo, Santa Catarina e Mato Grosso do Sul, em 66 municípios.
Este modelo foi inspirado em iniciativas análogas em países como Alemanha, Suíça, México e Portugal, que são usados em diversos temas que se pretende melhorar.
O bate-papo reuniu iniciadores das redes no Brasil – as entidades reguladoras, companhias estatais, assim como com os técnicos dos prestadores de serviço que são os elementos da rede para abordar o alcance deste tipo de iniciativa, o que pode ser esperado, retrospectivas, expectativas, desafios, fracassos, sucessos e dicas para iniciar ou integrar uma rede de aprendizagem.

UNESCO Relatório-Síntese sobre o Objetivo de Desenvolvimento Sustentável 6 (ODS 6), Água e Saneamento – edição de 2018
O Relatório-Síntese sobre o Objetivo de Desenvolvimento Sustentável 6 (ODS 6), Água e Saneamento – edição de 2018 analisa o progresso global rumo ao alcance do ODS 6 da Agenda 2030 para o Desenvolvimento Sustentável. O Relatório, baseado nos dados mais recentes disponíveis sobre os 11 indicadores globais do ODS 6, foi lançado mundialmente pela ONU-Água (UN-Water) durante o Fórum Político de Alto Nível sobre Desenvolvimento Sustentável, realizado na sede geral das Nações Unidas, em Nova Iorque, em julho deste ano.
Nessa ocasião, também foram lançadas duas publicações associadas ao Relatório-Síntese, i.e. o Resumo Executivo (Executive Summary) e os Destaques (Highlights) do Relatório-Síntese.
Neste evento, Massimiliano Lombardo, Oficial de Meio Ambiente da Representação da UNESCO no Brasil, em nome do WWAP, apresentou e distribuiu gratuitamente para todos os participantes do evento e da RWW a versão em português do Resumo Executivo e dos Destaques do Relatório-Síntese, produzida com o propósito de divulgar amplamente, para o público em geral no Brasil, o conteúdo dessas publicações, relevante ao progresso global rumo ao alcance do ODS 6 e de suas respectivas metas.
A Agência Nacional de Águas (ANA) apresentou os principais resultados do seu relatório de progresso sobre o ODS 6 no Brasil, que deverá ser lançado oficialmente em dezembro de 2018, de modo a contribuir ao processo de monitoramento nacional e global das metas do ODS 6. A ANA é a instituição que efetua o acompanhamento sistemático e periódico da condição dos recursos hídricos e de sua gestão no país, por meio de estatísticas e indicadores. Essas informações estão armazenadas na base de dados que alimenta o Sistema Nacional de Informações sobre Recursos Hídricos (SNIRH), que subsidia a elaboração dos relatórios anuais de Conjuntura dos Recursos Hídricos no Brasil. Nesse sentido, o Conjuntura é o documento de referência para o acompanhamento da situação das águas no País. Sua elaboração conta com a parceria de mais de cinquenta órgãos e entidades que integram o Sistema Nacional de Gerenciamento de Recursos Hídricos (SINGREH) e outros órgãos públicos federais e estaduais, que fazem parte da rede para a construção dos indicadores do ODS 6.
