PNQS 2018: segundo dia tem apresentações do PEOS e abertura de Seminário de Benchmarking AMEGSA

Com auditórios lotados e público empolgado, PNQS Ciclo 2018 tem apresentações de cases e painéis com representantes das empresas reconhecidas na categoria As Melhores em Gestão no Saneamento Ambiental

Nesta terça-feira, 27 de novembro, o Prêmio Nacional da Qualidade em Saneamento – PNQS Ciclo 2018 promoveu as apresentações de cases do Seminário de Benchmarking do Prêmio de Eficiência Operacional no Saneamento (PEOS) realizado no Rio de Janeiro. A temática foi Gestão de Perdas e Gestão Comercial. Este ano, os seminários de benchmarking do PNQS aconteceram simultaneamente à Rio Water Week – Semana da Água, evento internacional realizado pela primeira vez no Brasil  (acesse aqui o álbum de fotos do PNQS Ciclo 2018).

Ao todo, 27 trabalhos foram apresentados por representantes de diversas empresas, entre elas, Sabesp, Sanepar, Deso, Saneago e Saneatins, em três salas com plateias cheias. Os finalistas tiveram 15 minutos para exibir seus projetos à comissão avaliadora.

“É a primeira vez que participo do evento. Nós da Saneago, essa equipe que está aqui nesse ano é pioneira nos trabalhos desenvolvidos na empresa. É uma experiência rica, estamos aqui à frente das boas práticas do país inteiro, isso agrega muito valor ao que desenvolvemos na empresa. Trouxemos o Projeto Mensus que trata da gestão da micromedição pautada em planejamento, definição de estratégias e alcance de resultados satisfatórios. Acreditamos que somente por meio da disseminação de boas práticas nesse nível da Rio Water Week é que teremos avanço em um dos temas que é fundamental para a sustentabilidade do nosso planeta”, aponta Michele Ribeiro dos Santos Silva, da Saneago, que apresentou o case “Projeto Mensus”.

“Eficiência Operacional em sistemas de abastecimento de água de pequeno e médio porte” foi o case abordado por Eduardo Luiz Arrosi, da Sanepar, no Seminário de Benchmarking PEOS. “É a segunda vez que participo do evento apresentando um trabalho. A apresentação foi muito legal, o evento está bem procurado e com bastante gente interessada. É gratificante saber que o público vem assistir à apresentação do nosso trabalho do dia a dia”, reconhece.

No período da tarde, ocorreu a abertura do PNQS com o Seminário de Benchmarking AMEGSA – As Melhores em Gestão no Saneamento Ambiental. A coordenadora do Comitê Nacional de Qualidade da ABES (CNQA), Rosana Dias, abordou a evolução do prêmio nos últimos anos e a alta participação das empresas no ciclo 2018: “Nós tivemos neste ano 55 empresas candidatas ao PNQS na categoria AMEGSA. Então isso é muito bom, empresas públicas, privadas, de grande porte, pequeno porte e unidades de apoio, que foi uma novidade que trouxemos no ano passado. E isso tudo devido às pessoas acreditarem no Modelo de Excelência na Gestão no Saneamento Ambiental, que é um serviço essencial às pessoas e muito sensível ao ser humano, meio ambiente e para tudo que é vivo”, exalta.

Rosana Dias ainda complementou sobre a importância do encontro para além do reconhecimento de boas práticas, mas como uma oportunidade de integração entre as instituições do setor. “Esse seminário é para compartilhar as melhores práticas de cada um, mas também para gente fazer networking, conhecer o parceiro que, às vezes, se conversa por e-mail, telefone, pede uma informação, uma dica (…) então esse evento é para isso, também para fazermos essa união de todos nós que acreditamos no saneamento”, afirma.

Foram realizados quatro painéis de debates com representantes de algumas das empresas reconhecidas do AMEGSA deste ciclo, entre elas, Saneago, Sanesalto, Conasa, Corsan, Deso, Embasa e Sabesp. Entre os temas, estavam o “Porque implementar o MEGSA”, “Como a organização planejou a implantação do modelo”, “Resultados obtidos com o MEGSA” e “Desafio da implantação do Modelo em processos de apoio”. A cerimônia de entrega dos troféus AMEGSA – As Melhores em Gestão no Saneamento Ambiental e SQFSA – Selo de Qualidade do Fornecedor da Prestação de Serviços de Saneamento Ambiental ocorreu na quinta-feira, 28 de novembro.

“Somos as pioneiras, ganhamos o reconhecimento do PNQS Nível I como área de apoio e isso para a gente foi uma conquista imensa.  A gente nunca imaginou que ia conseguir esse prêmio, sempre participamos como um pedacinho da Unidade de Negócio, mas com a abertura que o prêmio deu de participar como organização, para a gente foi um crescimento como organização, porque tivemos que pensar no nosso planejamento, modo de processo, nos resultados e indicadores e foi um grande aprendizado. Eu só tenho de agradecer pelo amadurecimento da equipe, estou muito feliz pela conquista do prêmio”, agradece Cláudia Regina Pugliese, do Departamento de Planejamento Integrado e Relações Comerciais Centro da Sabesp, vencedora do Nível I – Troféu Quíron Bronze.

Márcia Bueno Silva Lopes, do Departamento Administrativo e Financeiro Centro da Sabesp, vencedor também no Nível I – Troféu Quíron Bronze, ressaltou o pioneirismo em áreas de apoio e mostrou-se satisfeita com o reconhecimento.

“A participação no PQNS foi um desafio, uma novidade, a gente não tinha referência para buscar, a gente teve que buscar referências similares, em alguns lugares, mas não era a facilidade de já ter, por exemplo, algum RG de uma Unidade que já tivesse participado. Por outro lado, é um motivador a mais você ser pioneiro, então isso é muito gratificante e melhor ainda quando você consegue realmente ganha”, expõe Márcia, que reitera a troca de conhecimentos proporcionada pelo evento: Aqui é muito bacana você poder dividir essa experiência e espero, de verdade, que a gente consiga ter mais participações nessa categoria das unidades de apoio, para que tenhamos nas próximas rodadas mais coisas para compartilhar”, completa.
